1. What Shipping Company does Litdesire use ?  At Litdesire we use (USPS) United State Postal Service .
2. When will my tracking number start to update? Tracking number will update after receiving a tracking email however shipping activity will become available after 24hours, please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox, if haven’t received tracking number over (3) business days please to contact our support service info@litdesire.co.
3. What to do if package was returned to the sender? In such case we can send the package back to you, but you will be responsible for covering the shipping fee.
4. How to maintain hair ? Proper maintenance is extremely important and advised,it is best to wash your hair in (lukewarm) water before you do so ensure to brush or comb hair to remove knots,wash hair with conditioner and shampoo which keeps hair very soft and nice ,upon going to bed wrapped and pinned or wear a bonnet.
5. My package says delivered but I have not receive it . Please to contact the carrier in which your package was sent .At Litdesire we are not responsible for any packages once carrier has received it.To ensure check that your enter correct tracking number.
6. Can Litdesire hair be colored ? All Litdesire hair can be colored ,yes all 100% Virgin hair, in regards to coloring please seek professional help . 
7. How long does this hair last ? This hair can last for a very long time with good maintenance,depending on a very good maintenance hair can last up to a year or more.
8. How long is the process,shipping and handling? 3/7 business days ,however sale orders ship out in the order in which they are received.
9. Do You offer free sample of hair ? No we do not .
10. Does hair shed ?  Minimal shedding,any hair that has been manufacture to be stitched on a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding which is absolutely normal.
11. Do you offer refund ? All sales are FINAL ! No return ,No refund, No cancellation,unless there is a mistake on our behalf we will make changes to correct it immediately.
